well the big thing i need is the shop to be finished, but i would like to do that myself. The only problem is that damn shop is a full time job and its making me upset trying to play with the code to get it to work and not getting anything else. So I need you to do some of the other things.
first look at the races and tell me what you think. I plan on having a stat system similar to the one in one piece pirates. Only I will have diffrent stats like Alchemic power and things. I was hoping that you could help me come up with a good system for that. And how we could change race benifits to fit in with it.

Okay, I'll get to work on the stat system and try to incorporate the races into it. The races look good to me except that the Homunculus seem overpowered. More restrictions should be put on that race, for the start. I have to get off of the computer soon, so I'll get to work on the system tommorow.

I have to get off for now, I share a computer with my sister and brother so I'm not on for long periods witch makes this hard to do as well.
If you can all i need right now are some ideas for how we should work the stats. Maybe ideas on how to work exp, and how to work the shop. When I get back I'll post everything I know we are gonna have and everything we need done in detal so we can start working on things and getting everything done in order.
By the way, do you want a character that is head of the military or like the furer or something. Anything you want tell me so i can set you up.

Homunculus should be over powered as not everyone should be one except a few people, and they are going to be main badguys for most of the story, so it should take more then one alchemist to beat them. That and they have some big weaknesses as well. Me and a few friends used to have fights to see what it was like fighting fma style and they where more ballanced then they seemed. However, whatever you think needs done we will do.

Okay, I have nothing against having homunculus, they would just require those who want them to meet certain standards. For example: already having a character of a certain level, being a Mod/Admin, and/or proving they would be able to handle having one with godmodding. About the character, I wouldn't mind having a character that is head of the military. You are the more experienced than me, so what you think is best. Like I said earlier, I have to get off soon so I'll work on the stat system tommorow.

As of right now, the main thing for them is to make sure that they do not have a god skill. Like they can move as fast as light, or can look at you and explode you. They are just very hard to fight as they are homuncluli. as it was in the show as well.
Right now, I am going to say that the only way to have a one is to be killed in the Rp and have someone bring you back, or have hohenheim do it by forcing the stone into your body. I don't know if you read the manga but thats how they where created then. I'm not gonna restrict it to level, just that I am going to very carefully pick and choose who gets to be one, as well as who gets to use the truth as a result.
its up to you if you want to be like king bradly was (except you dont have to be an evil homunculus.)
As for other additions.
Items like weapons, alchemy books (witch will allow diffrent alchemy to be done by the character), alchemy tools, clothing with circles on them, and such will be bought at the shop, and money will be gotten from posting.
There is a board where everyone must make an invintory topic and post a description of the item you got at the store (ex. you buy a short sword at the store, in your equp topic you describe what the sword looks like.) I saw this system work flawless on a few sites, and it really enhanced the feel.
Exp will be learned via fighting & battles and there is an offical level count and exp chart at the bottom as well as offical battle result topic.
We will need to make rules for eveything, as I only have very basic site rules right now.
fine tune the race bonus & stats, and we are doing that now so that will be cool.
add templates on the boards that need them like character templates and equip templates
In the military there will be jobs. If you want to be the king you can handel most of this. I have made the first Central times but aftet the site starts I want military personal to send you reports of what they find and have done, and we can build our news from their characters own findings.
Set up the arcs and sagas board. I need to add a few things to that before we start.
fix the shop items so we have the items we want people to buy. This part is tricky, and I would rather deal with coding it in. If you want to help for this, the best way to do it is to find pictures and give me ideas of what to put in there.

ok it tookme a bit of thinking but i think i got it.
All battles will be rped out. thats just they way the system will go.
Str will of course be how strong you character is. Also use this as a base to determin how bad someone can hurt you wil physical attacks. no real statistic on how it works, but it should just be clear that if someone has 20 str and someone has 60 that the 60 will greatly out power the 20
Def will be how much someone can take. If the def is over the str then hurting the person will be hard.
Agli will be how fast someone moves.
Alchemy will be stamina used to do alchemy. basic will take so much, moderate will take so much, and Advanced will take so much. We can add more powers of alchemy but for right now thats all I have in my head that I'm gonna make.
Stamina will be how many turns someone can last. Stamina = post till you run out of energy and colapse. I'm thinking that the binded will have unlimited amounts of this. Only because a skilled alchemist can easily rip binded into parts with alchemy by simply chainging their body. The binded should have the greatest bonuses but also the greatest weaknesses. That will make it interesting to have them around.
Im not gonna have an hp stat as its gonna be based on real body physics. Witch means if someone gets hit by a guy with 100 str and they only have 20 def, their bones will break. People should know what will hurt or not. Adviously if you get stabbed in the gut with a sword, you wont be feeling to well.
any other ideas?

The system sounds great to me, I think that pretty much covers the basics of the system. Sorry that I haven't posted in a couple days, I've been kind of busy.
